2. RG does not refund any deposit under any circumstances.
3. RG does its best to ensure custumer satisfaction by reconfirming each reservation made via RG and/or affiliate websites after each reservation takes place.
4. Users may cancel their bookings up to 48 hours before arrival. Please contact the accommodation provider directly and try to let us know as well.
5. In the event of a no-show without cancellation, the accommodation provider or RG have the right to charge your credit card for the entire amount of the first night's stay where you have booked your accommodation.
6. Ratings shown on the website are the opinion of people who have booked accommodations. We take no responsibility for these opinions.
7. Your contract is with the travel services and accommodations provider, not RG. It is the accommodation providers' responsibility to provide you with all its offered services.
The White Label widget is our main product as defined in Wikipedia: "A white label product or service is a product or service produced by one company (the producer) that other companies (the marketers) rebrand to make it appear as if they made it."
RG provides the White Label online reservation service to 3rd parties and RG is not responsible for any reservations that are made on 3rd party web sites.
Reservations made within RG are always free. There are no booking fees or other hidden fees.
RG is an entity that facilitates custumer relations between accommodations and travelers.
We recommend that you confirm your booking by phone just before arrival - This is optional.
RG is a registered company under the Panamanian law, which applies to this agreement. The courts of Panama must deal with any dispute or claim. Reservations Global is referred as "RG in this agreement. Any service provider is referred as the "Supplier" and any user will be referred as the client.
RG is an online booking agency. For all bookings all responsibility and communications will be held between the supplier and client.
Cancellations
If a cancellation notice is not given within 48 hours of the reservation by email or fax, RG reserves the right to allow it accommodation service provider to charge for an amount equivalent to the first night of stay at the accommodation. This charge will only be enacted if there is a demand for payment from the accommodation where the reservation was made.
Any cancellation must be directly communicated with the supplier at least 48 hours prior to the time of arrival stated in the reservtaion. Written notice can be sent to RG at least 7 business days before arrival date.
By not arriving at the time and date stated in the reservation, the client may lose the entire amount of night reserved. No partial cancellations exist in the service RG provides.
Liability in the form of loses of any kind resulting from cancelations is not the responsibility of RG. Any change in travel services, reservations, products or purchases that may cause additional expenses to 3rd parties is not considered be a liability to RG.
Cancellation protection:
A traveler may choose to purchase cancellation protection for 3% of the total reservation. In the event that a traveler decides to cancel the reservation with a 48 hours notice, RG will re-credit the money paid for future reservation within RG only. Cancellation protection payment is not valid to the use of other web sites.
In the event that the supplier does not process correctly a reservation made by client , RG herby declares no responsibility, having made every effort to communicate the correct reservation to the supplier.
Prices and Payments :
Additional expenses such as taxes or additional services may be demanded by the supplier. RG is not responsible for new changes that can occur on behalf of its suppliers. Prices may vary however; the supplier is soley responsible for making price amendments. RG reserves the right to change the prices of any service upon the request of its suppliers.
Extra demands - requests:
For any extra demands, needs or requests, please contact the supplier. Neither RG nor the supplier will guarantee to answer any special request. RG is not liable in the case that the supplier does not meet the clients expectations/needs.
Indemnity: You agree to indemnify RG its affiliates, agents, partners or employees, subsidiaries in the case of any loss, claim, or liability including any lawyer fees that could be done by 3rd parties or due to any use of the RG web site.
Force Majeure:
RG is not liable for unfulfilled bookings caused by unpredictable circumstances.
Privacy Policy:
Any information collected throughout the registration and booking processes on RG is confidential and for our usage only. Your consult and agreement is required to proceed in any function including the revelation of information to any third party.
Our usage of information is lawfully in accordance with the Data Protection Act of 1998. We are committed to protecting your privacy and not reveal any information without previous consult.
