We have been hesitant to install a booking engine in our personal web site, because we want our customers to make bookings inside our webpage, and not to be redirecting to a third party site. With the White Label option, the traveler stays inside www.plus1hostel.com. Also, I think the big difference between RG and other providers is their customer service. I was surprised to learn that after every booking made on my site, a phone call is made to my hostel to double check that the reservation has made been successfully, and then a follow up contact to the traveler as well. "We should have signed up for a ReservationsGlobal widget a long time ago. Now we do not need to bill accommodations for the reservations we make for our customers. All reservations are now made through our webpage using an RG widget and RG does the rest. I literally just collect a check at the end of the month. Before, every reservation that my agency made for customers had to be billed, maintained, etc. We have restructured our organization with the simplicity RG has allowed for us to incorporate, and we could not be happier.
